Pricing for business structure design
The price for individuals starts at 20,000 CZK excluding VAT. This includes an individual evaluation of the benefits of operating through a legal entity or a combination of a company with sole proprietorship (OSVČ), along with detailed calculations and specific recommendations tailored to you. The final price depends on your specific situation and will be communicated to you in advance.
The base price for designing a holding structure is 40,000 CZK excluding VAT. The final price will also depend on the specific circumstances.
The cost of subsequent implementation depends on the solution you choose and the services you secure through your own lawyers, accountants, experts, and other professionals.
